Our family is doing well. Life is fun having a little one to run after, but can be quite demanding at times. Eliza lights up our lives and is the ruler of the roost most of the time.

Deb
I’m still a stay at home mom/housewife a.k.a. houseslave! J/k I really do enjoy my calling as a wife and mother, but I must say some days it does feel overwhelming! I’ve been enjoying books lately and I’ve been reading some interesting books: “The Hiding Place”, and “Tramp for the Lord”, also “The Train to Potevka”, “MIG Pilot”, and “The Passing of the Night”. All of them talk about different cultures and hard situations but they are quite interesting to me. It sure makes me grateful for the United States and the freedoms we enjoy and the blessings we each have.
Life is difficult, but thank goodness for our Father in Heaven who loves us, our Savior-Jesus Christ who died for us, the companionship of the Holy Ghost, and for our families, friends and the great amount of good their is in the world. We do have so much to rejoice for.
Eliza
Eliza loves books and is so smart. She loves electronics. She loves to play with the camera, t.v. buttons, bang on the keys on the laptop, play with remotes, cell phones and daddy’s robot. She knows how to open the CD player in her room and take out the CD. She’ll then usually put it back in upside down. She’s our little baby engineer. She loves popcorn and we have a hard time warding her off while we bite off the soft pieces for her to eat. She knows how to catch stray crickets that have gotten out of there cage and she enjoys watching Roo(our lizard) eat them. She loves cats and soft and comfortable things. One of her favorite things to do is to get in the rocking chair in her room and be pushed round and round and round. She is our little angel and is so much fun.
With Eliza walking now she is getting hurt more too it seems. She has been bumped and bruised a few times already and it’s just the beginning. It’s sad to see her hurt-ouch!
Roo
Roo is our pet lizard. He is from the Moab desert and is most likely a side splotched lizard. He has been part of the family since July 2004! He loves to eat flies, small spiders, crickets, moths, and other small flying bugs. He a lot of fun to watch catch bugs.
Yeah we know it’s weird to have a page dedicated to our lizard, but hey-why not!
